SM-II8000 Starch Molding Jelly Production Line

Process Description:

1.   Gelatin jelly candy.
Water and gelatin are heated and dissolved in the gelatin tank to the required temperature.
Water and pectin are heated and dissolved in the pectin tank to the required temperature.
Water, glucose syrup and sugar are heated and dissolved in the sugar tank to the required sugar degree, could add boiling pectin according to the technical requirement.
Pump and pipe convey the boiled sugar liquor and dissolved gelatin to mixing tank, evenly mixed by stirrer.
Pump convey mixed gelatin sugar liquor to continuous vacuum coiler sugar boiling machine, boil to the required sugar degree and convey into storage tank.
Pump and pipe convey gelatin liquor to color matching tank, and matching candy cream of different color and fragrance as requirement.
Matched sugar cream is conveyed to casting molding machine hopper. Casting machine cast the cream to starch molding plate, and produce gelatin jelly candy of different color and shape.

2.   Starch jelly candy.
Starch and water are mixed to cream in tank.
Water, glucose syrup and sugar are heated and dissolved in the sugar tank to the required temperature, starch cream is added and continue boiling to required sugar degree.
Pump and pipe convey the boiled starch sugar cream to jetting boiling machine, concentrate and past the starch sugar cream further to qualified starch candy cream, then stored in the tank.
Pump and pipe convey starch sugar cream to color matching tank, and match sugar cream of different color and fragrance as requirement.
Matched sugar cream is conveyed to casting molding machine hopper. Casting machine cast the cream to starch molding plate, and produce gelatin jelly candy of different color and shape.
